Prof. Gaines
Linguistics lecturer, Since 1988
- 🇬🇧 Newport, Wales, United Kingdom
- Elmwood Polytechnic
- Since 1988
- English
My subject is linguistics, and for 38 years I get to share it with undergraduates at Elmwood Polytechnic.
Former students now work as a bus driver and in a dozen other fields. It's the best part of this job.
I'm still learning every day.
More about Prof. Gaines
Some of my favorite days were field trips that went spectacularly wrong.
