Prof. Farooqi
Retired mathematics lecturer
- 🇵🇰 Sukkur, Sindh, Pakistan
- Sukkur Institute of Technology
- 1978 to 2013
- English, Urdu
I taught mathematics at Sukkur Institute of Technology from 1978 to 2013, and supervised 36 dissertations along the way.
I'm happiest when a student comes to office hours with a question that makes me rethink something I've said for years. I'm always reading two books at once.
I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.
What gifts mean to Prof. Farooqi: I'd put a gift toward a student bursary.
