I've spent 22 years as a lecturer in nursing at Rotterdam College in Rotterdam. I loved the lecture hall and loved office hours even more.
I answer every email, even at midnight. It sounds small, but students remember small things.
I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.
