Prof. Dean
Professor of sociology, Andes Institute of Technology
- 🇨🇦 Burnaby, British Columbia, Canada
- Andes Institute of Technology
- 2014 to 2025
- English
I spent eleven years as a lecturer in sociology at Andes Institute of Technology in Burnaby. I loved the lecture hall and loved office hours even more.
I'm happiest when a student comes to office hours with a question that makes me rethink something I've said for years. I'm always reading two books at once.
It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.

What gifts mean to Prof. Dean: I'd put a gift toward a student bursary.
