Prof. De Leon

21 years teaching law at Our Lady of Peace State University

  • 🇵🇭 Mandaue, Cebu, Philippines
  • Our Lady of Peace State University
  • Since 2007
  • English, Filipino
I teach law at Our Lady of Peace State University since 2007, and supervised 53 dissertations along the way. I'm happiest when a student comes to office hours with a question that makes me rethink something I've said for years. I make terrible puns.
