I spent 33 years as a lecturer in sociology at Oakwood Institute of Technology in Dublin. I loved the lecture hall and loved office hours even more.
I'm happiest when a student comes to office hours with a question that makes me rethink something I've said for years. I garden badly but happily.
If we met, say hello. I'd love to know how life turned out.
More about Prof. Clarke
Some of my favorite days were field trips that went spectacularly wrong.
