Prof. Çiftçi
26 years teaching civil engineering at Sunrise Polytechnic
- 🇹🇷 Ankara, Ankara, Türkiye
- Sunrise Polytechnic
- 1979 to 1996
- English, Turkish
My subject is civil engineering, and for 17 years I got to share it with undergraduates at Sunrise Polytechnic.
I'm happiest when a student comes to office hours with a question that makes me rethink something I've said for years. I walk the dog by the river.
I'm proud of everyone I got to work with.
More about Prof. Çiftçi
I retired from full-time teaching but still mentor a few students a year.
What gifts mean to Prof. Çiftçi: I'd put a gift toward a student bursary.
