I've spent 30 years as a lecturer in anthropology at Peshawar Institute of Technology in Peshawar. I loved the lecture hall and loved office hours even more.
Former students now work as a bank clerk and in a dozen other fields. It's the best part of this job.
More about Prof. Cheema
Some of my favorite days were field trips that went spectacularly wrong.
What gifts mean to Prof. Cheema: Gifts will go to a small travel fund for students presenting their first paper.
