I've spent 30 years as a lecturer in architecture at Lakeview College in São Paulo. I loved the lecture hall and loved office hours even more.
I'm happiest when a student comes to office hours with a question that makes me rethink something I've said for years. I make terrible puns.
What gifts mean to Prof. Castro: Any gift helps me keep buying books for students who can't afford them.
