I spent eleven years as a lecturer in organic chemistry at Baobab Polytechnic in Caxias do Sul. I loved the lecture hall and loved office hours even more.
I'm happiest when a student comes to office hours with a question that makes me rethink something I've said for years. I sing in a choir.
More about Prof. Barbosa
Some of my favorite days were field trips that went spectacularly wrong.
What gifts mean to Prof. Barbosa: Any gift helps me keep buying books for students who can't afford them.
