I've spent ten years as a lecturer in anthropology at Rawalpindi Institute of Technology in Rawalpindi. I loved the lecture hall and loved office hours even more.
Former students now work as a night-shift cleaner and in a dozen other fields. It's the best part of this job.
More about Prof. Ali
Some of my favorite days were field trips that went spectacularly wrong.
