Prof. Akter
Retired psychology lecturer
- 🇧🇩 Gazipur, Dhaka, Bangladesh
- Gazipur Polytechnic
- 1986 to 2002
- English
I taught psychology at Gazipur Polytechnic from 1986 to 2002, and supervised 13 dissertations along the way.
I'm happiest when a student comes to office hours with a question that makes me rethink something I've said for years. I walk the dog by the river.
More about Prof. Akter
Some of my favorite days were field trips that went spectacularly wrong.
What gifts mean to Prof. Akter: Gifts will go to a small travel fund for students presenting their first paper.
