I spent ten years as a lecturer in modern history at Narayanganj University in Narayanganj. I loved the lecture hall and loved office hours even more.
Former students now work as a waiter and in a dozen other fields. It's the best part of this job.
If you remember me, I'd love to hear from you.
More about Prof. Akter
I retired from full-time teaching but still mentor a few students a year.
