I spent 37 years as a lecturer in sociology at Barcelona State University in Barcelona. I loved the lecture hall and loved office hours even more.
I'm happiest when a student comes to office hours with a question that makes me rethink something I've said for years. I fix old bicycles.
More about Prof. Acosta
I retired from full-time teaching but still mentor a few students a year.
