Mentor in trades and teaching
- 🇮🇳 Durgapur, West Bengal, India

For 34 years I've mentored people in trades and teaching. Mostly it's coffee, honest feedback and a lot of listening.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
I'm still learning every day.
