I've volunteered with Patna Food Bank from 2005 to 2018. I started on a Saturday morning "just to help out" and never left.
I'm not an expert in anything, I just show up. I sing in a choir.
I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.
More about Priya
We run on goodwill and a very old kettle.
What gifts mean to Priya: I'd put a gift toward transport for our volunteers.
