For 18 years I was the economics teacher at Ludhiana High School. I taught first-year students and a few brave older students who wanted extra help.
Outside the classroom I sing in a choir. Inside it, I always had a bag of oranges in my drawer.
I'm still learning every day.
More about Priya
Some of my favorite memories are from the school trip to the capital, where nothing went to plan and everything turned out fine.

What gifts mean to Priya: A gift would go toward books and supplies for the students I still tutor.
