I'm a mentor in writing. I've spent my career as a shop assistant and now give some of that back.
I write a short note to every student at the end of term.
I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.

If I mentored you, I hope you're still pushing yourself.
What gifts mean to Priscila: I'd put gifts toward travel for in-person sessions with students.

you helped me get my first writing job in 1996. I still have your notes. Greetings from Ciudad de México.
