Priscila Giovana Monteiro

23 years teaching drama in Santos

🇧🇷 Santos, São Paulo, Brazil
Heritage High School
Since 1994
Portuguese

For 32 years I have been the drama teacher at Heritage High School. I teach Grade 11 and a few brave older students who wanted extra help. Outside the classroom I bake for the whole street at New Year. Inside it, I keep a jar of spare pencils on my desk. I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.

More about Priscila

Some of my favorite memories are from the school trip to the national park, where nothing went to plan and everything turned out fine.

What gifts mean to Priscila: Honestly the messages mean more, but a gift would help me buy supplies for my new classroom.
