For eight years I ran the gymnastics program at São Paulo Highland Football Club in São Paulo. We trained 3 evenings a week, whatever the weather.
Practice always ended with the same rule: nobody walks home alone. I walk the dog by the river.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.
