Princess E. Ramirez
Master of baking, now teaching apprentices
- 🇵🇭 Makati, Metro Manila, Philippines
- Old Makati Works
- Since 2013
- English, Filipino
My trade is baking. I opened my own shop in 2013 in Makati and I'm still there most mornings.
The best compliment I ever got was a customer who called me back 15 years later for another job.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.
Crafts and trades
What gifts mean to Princess: A gift would go toward tools for apprentices who can't afford their own.
