Pratik P. Pandya
Mentor in engineering and finance
- 🇮🇳 Howrah, West Bengal, India
- Howrah Learning Hub
- Since 1983
- English, Gujarati
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 950 people through Howrah Learning Hub.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.
