I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 2,010 people through Jodhpur Youth Network.
I write a short note to every student at the end of term.
It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.
Areas of mentoring

I'm a pharmacist now. It started with one call with you. Greetings from Asaba.

You helped me get my first design job in 2016. I still have your notes. Truly.
