Pratik J. Rathod
Volunteer mentor with Oakwood Association
- 🇮🇳 Howrah, West Bengal, India
- 1997 to 2025
- English, French
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 1,600 people through Oakwood Association.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.
More about Pratik
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
