Helping people break into design

For 32 years I've mentored people in design and entrepreneurship. Mostly it's coffee, honest feedback and a lot of listening.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I sing in a choir.
I'm proud of everyone I got to work with.
More about Pratik
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
