Pratik C. Parmar

Helping people break into entrepreneurship

🇮🇳 Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India
Victory Community Trust
Since 1998
English

For 28 years I've mentored people in entrepreneurship and nursing. Mostly it's coffee, honest feedback and a lot of listening. Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites. Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.

More about Pratik

Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
