Prasad J. Shinde
Sitar player and teacher in Chennai
- 🇮🇳 Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India
- Chennai Orchestra
- 1988 to 2005
- English, Gujarati
I've played sitar from 1988 to 2005, mostly in pubs, churches, weddings and anywhere else that would have me. These days I also teach.
My favorite gigs are the small ones where somebody cries a little in the third row.
What gifts mean to Prasad: A gift would go toward new strings, repairs and music for my students.
