For ten years I ran the wrestling program at Biratnagar Sakura Athletic Club in Biratnagar. We trained 3 evenings a week, whatever the weather.
Practice always ended with the same rule: nobody walks home alone. I volunteer at the food bank on Saturdays.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.
More about Pramila
I still keep the team photo from our best season on the wall.
What gifts mean to Pramila: A gift would go toward kit and bus fares for kids who can't afford them.
