Helping people break into design
- 🇮🇳 Aurangabad, Maharashtra, India

I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 640 people through Mount Pleasant Mentoring Circle.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I sing in a choir.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.
