Pradeep Jagath Karunaratne
Self-taught woodcarving artist
- 🇱🇰 Colombo, Western, Sri Lanka
- Colombo Pottery
- Since 2015
- English, Sinhala, French
I work mostly in woodcarving, sometimes photography. My first show was in 2015 at Colombo Pottery, and nobody came except my family and one confused dog.
I also teach a weekly class at Colombo Pottery, which keeps me honest.

What gifts mean to Pradeep: I'd put a gift toward a kiln repair. It's been a long time coming.
