Pradeep Gihan Yapa
Tennis and fitness coach, Kandy
- 🇱🇰 Kandy, Central, Sri Lanka
- Kandy Boxing Gym
- 1981 to 2017
- English, Sinhala
For 36 years I ran the tennis program at Kandy Boxing Gym in Kandy. We trained 3 evenings a week, whatever the weather.
My best seasons were the ones we lost most games and still showed up every Tuesday.
I'm still learning every day.
More about Pradeep
Some of my former players now coach their own teams, which is the best thank-you I could ask for.
What gifts mean to Pradeep: Anything sent will buy equipment for the junior team.

You coached me in 2016. I still hear your voice on the sideline. Greetings from Bangkok.
