Pradeep F. Jat
Volunteer mentor with Central Association
- 🇺🇸 Jacksonville, Florida, United States
- Central Association
- 1997 to 2020
- English, Hindi
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 810 people through Central Association.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I'm always reading two books at once.
I'm still learning every day.
Areas of mentoring
What gifts mean to Pradeep: I'd put gifts toward travel for in-person sessions with students.
