Pradeep C. Malhotra
Volunteer mentor with Northside Association
- 🇮🇳 Thane, Maharashtra, India
- Northside Association
- Since 2004
- English
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 400 people through Northside Association.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I sing in a choir.
Areas of mentoring
What gifts mean to Pradeep: I'd put gifts toward travel for in-person sessions with students.
