Prachi B. Bhide
Bicycle repair, done properly
- 🇮🇳 Nashik, Maharashtra, India
- Old Lincoln Shop
- Since 2004
- English, Gujarati
I've worked in bicycle repair since 2004. I learned from my uncle and passed what I could on to 460 apprentices.
Apprentices come in nervous and leave proud. That's my favorite part. I like to keep things simple and honest.
I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.
More about Prachi
Some of my old apprentices now run their own shops. I couldn't be prouder.
Crafts and trades
What gifts mean to Prachi: I'd put gifts toward a new set of tools for the next apprentice.
