For 43 years I have been the chemistry teacher at Accra Grammar School. I teach Grade 11 and a few brave older students who wanted extra help.
I've coached the school's cross-country squad for a few seasons. We lost more than we won, and I'd do it all again.
More about Portia
Some of my favorite memories are from the school trip to the science museum, where nothing went to plan and everything turned out fine.

What gifts mean to Portia: A gift would go toward books and supplies for the students I still tutor.

you taught me chemistry in 2001 at Accra Grammar School. I still remember the quiz night we nearly won. Truly.
