For 16 years I ran the table tennis program at Accra Maple Ridge Boxing Gym in Accra. We trained 2 evenings a week, whatever the weather.
My best seasons were the ones we lost most games and still showed up every Tuesday.
More about Portia
I still keep the team photo from our best season on the wall.

You coached me in 2001. I still hear your voice on the sideline. Greetings from Muzaffarpur.

I still think about the cold winter when we all kept our coats on. Best summer of my life. Greetings from Springfield.
