Portia Diana Boateng
Mentor in small business and first-generation students
- 🇬🇭 Accra, Greater Accra, Ghana
- Accra Mentoring Circle
- Since 1978
- English, Twi
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 1,540 people through Accra Mentoring Circle.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
More about Portia
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
