I taught social studies at Eastgate High School in Bangkok from 1992 to 2012. Most days I taught Grade 8, and I stayed late on Thursdays for anyone who needed it.
Over the years I had 1,200 students pass through my room. A few of them became teachers themselves, which still makes me smile.
More about Pornpimol
The students I remember best weren't always the top of the class. They were the ones who asked "why?" when nobody else did.
