Pornpimol Srisai
Master of baking, now teaching apprentices
- 🇹🇭 Bangkok, Bangkok, Thailand
- Since 2007
- English
I've worked in baking since 2007. I learned from my uncle and passed what I could on to 1,120 apprentices.
Apprentices come in nervous and leave proud. That's my favorite part. I always make time for a proper cup of tea.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.

If I fixed something for you, I hope it's still holding.
Crafts and trades
What gifts mean to Pornpimol: I'd put gifts toward a new set of tools for the next apprentice.
