For 16 years I ran the chess program at Dhaka Boxing Gym in Dhaka. We trained 5 evenings a week, whatever the weather.
My best seasons were the ones we lost most games and still showed up every Tuesday.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.
More about Popy
If you played for me, you probably remember the cold winter when we all kept our coats on.
What gifts mean to Popy: I'll put any gifts toward a small fund so no child misses a match because of money.
