Popy Molla
Mentor in finance and farming
- 🇮🇳 Kochi, Kerala, India
- 2014 to 2022
- English, Bengali
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 310 people through Kochi Foundation.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
What gifts mean to Popy: I'd put gifts toward travel for in-person sessions with students.
