Popy Khatun
Retired mathematics teacher from Unity Middle School
- 🇧🇩 Comilla, Chattogram, Bangladesh
- 1994 to 2013
- English, Bengali, French
Unity Middle School was my second home. I taught mathematics there from 1994 to 2013, mostly Grade 11.
Over the years I had 680 students pass through my room. A few of them became teachers themselves, which still makes me smile.
It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.
More about Popy
If you were in my Grade 11 class, you probably remember the morning the power went out and we had class in the yard.

What gifts mean to Popy: Honestly the messages mean more, but a gift would help me buy supplies for my new classroom.

I was in your Grade 11 class in 2021. You believed I could do it before I did. Greetings from Kathmandu.

You taught me mathematics in 2024 at Unity Middle School. I still remember the volcano experiment that got a bit out of hand
