Pooja T. Sandhu
Retired English literature teacher from Mumbai Secondary School
- 🇮🇳 Mumbai, Maharashtra, India
- Mumbai Secondary School
- 1981 to 2002

For 21 years I was the English literature teacher at Mumbai Secondary School. I taught primary school children and a few brave older students who wanted extra help.
Over the years I had 650 students pass through my room. A few of them became teachers themselves, which still makes me smile.
I'm proud of everyone I got to work with.
More about Pooja
The students I remember best weren't always the top of the class. They were the ones who asked "why?" when nobody else did.

What gifts mean to Pooja: If you do send something, I'll put it toward a small scholarship for a student who needs it.
