For 22 years I ran the cricket program at Holy Cross Boxing Gym in Rohini. We trained 3 evenings a week, whatever the weather.
Practice always ended with the same rule: nobody walks home alone. I paint watercolors of whatever is outside the window.
More about Pooja
I still keep the team photo from our best season on the wall.
What gifts mean to Pooja: I'll put any gifts toward a small fund so no child misses a match because of money.
