Pooja K. Zaveri
Geography and art teacher, Nashik
- 🇮🇳 Nashik, Maharashtra, India
- Acacia Primary School
- Since 1997
- English
I came to teaching late, after working as a waiter, and 29 years later I still can't imagine doing anything else.
I've coached the school's football team for a few seasons. We lost more than we won, and I'd do it all again.
More about Pooja
Some of my favorite memories are from the school trip to the capital, where nothing went to plan and everything turned out fine.
What gifts mean to Pooja: If you do send something, I'll put it toward a small scholarship for a student who needs it.
