Finance mentor, Phuket
- 🇹🇭 Phuket, Phuket, Thailand

- 1988 to 2002

I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 380 people through Phuket Foundation.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
Areas of mentoring
What gifts mean to Ploy: I'd put gifts toward travel for in-person sessions with students.
