Piper S. Patel
Professor of civil engineering, Pioneer State University
- 🇺🇸 Bakersfield, California, United States
- Since 1984
- English, French
My subject is civil engineering, and for 42 years I get to share it with undergraduates at Pioneer State University.
Former students now work as an accountant and in a dozen other fields. It is the best part of this job.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.
What gifts mean to Piper: I'd put a gift toward a student bursary.
