I'm a mentor in engineering. I've spent my career as a waiter and now give some of that back.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I bake for the whole street at New Year.
More about Piotr
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
Areas of mentoring
What gifts mean to Piotr: I'd put gifts toward travel for in-person sessions with students.

You helped me get my first engineering job in 2022. I still have your notes. Greetings from Mukono.
