Ping Wei
Self-taught oil painting artist
- 🇨🇦 Ottawa, Ontario, Canada
- Trinity Pottery
- 1990 to 2008
- English, Mandarin
I work mostly in oil painting, sometimes printmaking. My first show was in 1990 at Trinity Pottery, and nobody came except my family and one confused dog.
I never rush a conversation. My studio is always a bit of a mess.
