Pilar S. Benítez

Coached netball for 30 years in Guadalajara

  • 🇲🇽 Guadalajara, Jalisco, Mexico
  • Guadalajara Swimming Club
  • Since 1996
  • Spanish
I've coached netball at Guadalajara Swimming Club since 1996. Most of my players were between 12 and 17, and a lot of them turned into friends for life. Practice always ended with the same rule: nobody walks home alone. I garden badly but happily. It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.

I still keep the team photo from our best season on the wall.
